Woodford Bros., Inc., a leading basement waterproofing and foundation repair construction company, announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued Patent US 2018 A1, entitled "Apparatus and Method for Straightening and/or Pushing a Wall." The Patent covers the design and manufacturing of Woodford Wall Pushing System WWPS for the treatment of bowing walls or sheared walls. This proprietary technology is intended to provide the ability to push a wall back into place without completely rebuilding the wall.
"The system is built around the speed instead of replacing the entire wall" The inventor of the WWPS Mike Woodford VP / Owner Woodford Bros., Inc. said, "the idea was to help save the homeowner money but also make the process easier for crews to fix the issue." The Woodford Wall Pushing System uses screws to move the wall back into place helps the structure of the wall support itself. The Design of WWPS also helps to instantly stabilize the wall in emergency cases when braces would typically have to be constructed.
The WWPS usage will be focused on bowing block walls and sheered block walls with the quality and ease of use people have come to expect from Woodford Bros., Inc. "When Mike designed the Woodford Wall Pushing System to help safely move walls back into place," Stated Tom Woodford Jr. Owner / President of Woodford Bros., Inc. "he knew there had to be an answer to pushing walls, a system that could be developed to safely and more efficiently fix the problem." The Woodford Wall Pushing System Module comes on one crate ready to assemble in minutes. Here are just a few of the benefits of WWPS:
