What We’re Looking For in a Gutter Foreman: 

To lead a crew specializing in gutter installation for homeowners. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact with homeowners throughout the installation process. Your responsibilities include ensuring top-notch workmanship, delivering exceptional customer service to set us apart from other contractors, and maintaining our esteemed reputation.

What We Offer: 

• $1,000 Sign on Bonus 

• Hourly pay + project completion bonus, ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 annually.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Valid Driver’s License, safe driving record, and timely, reliable attendance.
• Good communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Hard working and committed to workmanship that produces quality results.
• Team-oriented mindset, and ability to lead a “winning” team.
• Must have experience in gutter installations.
