Sales Representative
$60,000 - $100,000 + annually (commission)

Has a primary duty of making sales for the company. Is customarily and regularly engaged at customers’ homes and away from the company’s place of business on pre-scheduled appointments. Builds rapport with the customer and determines their desired outcome. Examines the customers concerns and provides them with an accurate diagnosis of the issues. Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues. Supports the company’s management, purpose, mission, and values.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS
o High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred;
o 1+ years of successful experience in the sales field; or, a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
o A valid NYS driver’s license and a safe driving record.
o Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices.
o Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred.
o Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
o Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
o Strong presentation skills.
