Mackenzie Mahony

Mackenzie Mahony lives in Tully, NY where she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.  Some of her biggest accomplishments include graduating with her B.A. in Communication Studies from Cazenovia College, receiving the Excellence in Communication Studies Award, and the Maryrose Eannace Award for Theatre.  She was also given the opportunity to present her research at the New York State Communications Association Conference in 2021.   Now, Mackenzie is working on her M.A. in Strategic Communication from SUNY Oswego.  Mackenzie provides WOW customer service by capturing customer stories and portraying them across our social media and websites.  She ensures that each post accurately represents each individual customer experience.
