Andrew Fern

Andrew Fern currently resides in Camillus, NY where he enjoys studying for a degree in divinity, spending time with his family, going to church, watching docuseries and movies, and playing sports. Some of his biggest accomplishments include being a father, being a certified John Maxwell leadership team member, attaining a degree in Sports Coaching and Performance, and completing the seven months of training to become a Royal Marines Commando where he served for eight years. He provides WOW customer service by continuously learning, practicing, and promoting our core values, with expert knowledge that provides an unmatched service to customers. Andrew is a people person who loves to help others achieve their goals. He believes that listening is the most important skill to have when helping others making him a valuable member of our team.
