During the pandemic, Woodford Bros., Inc is essential. That means we remained open and are still following all CDC guidelines. Warehouse / Property Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the company’s warehouse, grounds, equipment, tools, and product inventory, and warehouse employees. This position is exempt under the FLSA and reports to the Production Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Organization, Maintenance, Inventory

Oversees the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the company’s warehouse and tool rooms, maximizing the space.
Keeps a constant eye on product, tool, and equipment inventory so that the company always has what it needs for scheduled jobs.
Oversees the company’s grounds maintenance.

Department Expenses

Helps develop the warehouse budget.

Oversees the warehouse expenses to ensure the company stays within budget.
Recruits, selects, onboards, and trains employees.
Creates/provides opportunities for employees’ growth and development.

Safety/Fleet Management

Manages the company’s fleet to ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained to the highest standards and safe to operate.

Helps to make fleet and equipment decisions as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of inventory, procurement, and warehousing.
Ability to life or move up to 100 lb. on a regular basis.

Ability to stay upright/stand the majority of the time.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials or on a screen.
High school diploma or GED preferred and 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or inventory management OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.

Customer Care Representative

Woodford Bros. is looking for a highly motivated an positive individual to serve on our team of Customer Care Representatives. This individual must possess

Strong organizational skills
Customer service and time management skills

The ability to troubleshoot
Have excellent verbal communication skills

This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound information /troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments or annual maintenance appointments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to perform accurate data entry.
