Woodford Bros., Inc. saved a foundation in Owego, NY that was suffering from water damage and foundation settlement. Jim Smith was the Foreman on this job and did a full rebuild of a section of the foundation that was settling and had a hole you could see through. They installed SmartJacks to support the house and stabilize it. Also, WaterGuard was installed to the perimiter of the foundation with a drainage system to push water out of the basement.
