Woodford Bros., Inc. is excited to announce some important changes in its organizational structure to better serve its customers and support its employees. These changes include promoting Tommy Woodford III to General Manager, creating a separate Human Resources (HR) department, and making adjustments to the Service department.
Tommy Woodford III has been promoted to General Manager and Louie Agostini has been promoted to Operations Manager due to their outstanding leadership and contributions to the company. This change will help drive the company's strategic goals and ensure continued success.
The HR department is now independent from Accounting, led by Devin Czarnecki as HR Manager. The HR department will also handle the Recruiting and Trainer positions.
Additionally, the Service department now operates separately from Sales, allowing it to better focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting customer needs efficiently.
