I initially found your company while looking for info for a friend. That put me in touch with your emails. Receiving emails from you led me to believe you could help with my basement. Contact with your representative was impressively thorough in giving me information. The book, Dry Basement Science, was very helpful. Your workers were very helpful and professional. Nick's presentation and assessment was excellent and not pressuring. My decision to use only part of what was quoted was accepted without question. I have since heard from church friends regarding a positive facebook post I made about your work. The John Donovans will be contacting you when they return from Florida. Thank you for this very satisfying experience.
