Overall the installation went well. However delays made the final work seemed rushed. There seem to be some inconsistencies in the attachment of the channels to the basement walls.
The entire crew was friendly and helpful. They persevered despite bad weather and some significant obstacles.
Cleanup was very difficult due to the rainy weather and very wet basement drains. More time and/or a different approach for cleanup would have helped.
What made you choose our company:
It was a local family owned company. It seemed like a better choice than more remote businesses or businesses that are part of bigger companies.
