Good installation and products
Very communicative until morning of install when I waiting for 2 hours before calling and learning crew would not be out until the afternoon.
Chris Rhea sold this job. He is an outstanding salesman who was very knowledgeable, professional and relatable. If possible, would like 30 minute follow visit to review operation of the jacks and dehumidifier.
Kevin and Ryan were great. They started job on Friday afternoon and came back to finish Sat morning. They were easy to work with and demonstrated commitment to getting the job complete.
Good. No issues. One of crew left glove in basement if they want to pick it up, they can. It is by circuit panel box and they know how to get in.

Engineering associated with the work and information packet got me interested. Chris Rhea gave me confidence to write check for down payment on the spot. May want to get him electronic contracts system so he doesn't have to lug around a printer...most service industries are converting to all electronic.
