The installation crew did a fantastic job. The salesman did not explain what the ERV would look like or that it would be using lots of energy. Also, the installation team said it would affect our inside temperature, but when I asked the salesman that exact question he said it would not.
Very considerate and follows up well
He did not follow up as requested. He initially gave me a quote for just a radon mitigation system after I asked him for a quote for a radon mitigation system, an ERV, and a combination of the two. I had to call the office staff to get this sent to me after a week. I was pretty annoyed that I couldn't get the discount for signing up that day because I had not received the quote for the ERV until a week after his initial visit - how would I have been able to sign for that estimate if I didn't have it?
They were considerate, thorough, and communicated very well. They showed up on time, called a half hour beforehand. They let me know when they were leaving for a lunch break and would be back. We were very impressed.
We had a previous experience with our garage floor. Although there was mess outside and the crew told us it would go away (it didn't for a while), the quality of the work in the garage was excellent.
