The estimator should have more been experienced with jacking old houses. Because of the lack of experience or communication between estimator, project manager & installation crew this led to down time, due to confusion and lack of material and what exactly needed to be done to fix original problem. I think there should have been a follow up visit from a representative who actually knows what's going on before the installation crew arrives to either confirm or adjust project expectations.
Installation crew were very professional.
