Job review from Jonathan in Manlius, NY 13104 on 05/25/21

Added a beam to level sagging floor. It’s an improvement, but not sure if it was worth the cost. The main trouble spot/low spot is still noticeable and there are now 4 doors in the house that need adjustment because they don’t close and latch properly. Also, some significant drywall cracks formed as a result. Might need to adjust the jacks lower to alleviate some of the door issues and wall cracks. I didn’t expect perfection, but I think this caused more issues that it fixed. Great experience with Woodford Bros, but can’t help but be a bit disappointed with the end result.

Crew worked efficiently, cleaned up well. I believe they did the best they could based on the initial estimate/plan, but the results make me second guess the initial plan. Either that or there are other issues to address.
