Salesman seemed to know a lot more than those from other companies. However, I was a bit taken aback when I was later told I would have to remove 10 screws myself for access to a spot that needed repair. I would have given you a ten, but when I am nickeled and dimed over a 3 minute job, kind of leaves some resentment. Also the reason I don’t want to be used as a reference for your company. I was surprised, especially since My contract was over 10k and you could not do the smallest and easiest of jobs to help me out. Otherwise, happy with the people and result.
