Water damage and mold growth on finished walls and floor
Water would pool in this section of the basement every time in rained.
Water Damage
After pulling the old finished walls and carpet, water damage and mold were revealed. Our crew removed all of the old and installed our non-organic waterproof materials along with the Waterguard system.
Sump and Waterguard Installed
The crew removed the old floor and walls then installed the Waterguard and Triple Safe Sump System
Finished product
Everlast wall panels and ThermalDry flooring is installed to finish off the space. These materials can never be affected by water since they are totally non-organic.
New Living Area
The bottom part of the walls have been replaced with Everlast panels and the old carpet replaced with our ThermalDry carpet tiles. The floor will always be dry and warm since they are slightly raised creating air separation between the cold slab floor and the carpet
