Todd and Meg from Kirkville home had a scary sagging floor crawl space problem. After a heavy rainstorm, their crawl space flooded. Then to make matters worse a support beam in their crawl space fell down making their kitchen floor sag. Meg called in the crawl space repair experts from Woodford Brothers. Our crews installed a new support post we call a smart jack. Smart Jacks's main purpose is crawl spaces and this crawl space needed them. Now Meg and Todd can sleep with peace of mind knowing that their house is back on solid ground.
