Nancy was experiencing water intrusion in her Trumansburg, NY home, with water seeping in along her basement walls. After an initial inspection of the space, our Design Specialist determined that the TripleSafe Sump Pump would be the optimal solution for waterproofing Nancy's basement. 

The TripleSafe Sump Pump System provides three levels of protection for wet basements, with the potential to pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. With this system in place, Nancy can have the peace of mind that her basement is permanently protected and waterproofed.

The owners of this home, built in the 1800's, noticed that their foundation was starting to fail and it seemed to be getting worse. A section of the original stone foundation had previously been replaced with blocks but they were settling and deteriorating. After searching the internet they found Woodford Brothers and gave us a call. Our Customer Care department scheduled a free estimate. Our expert Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection to determine the best way to resolve the problem. In circumstances when the wall is not in a condition to be lifted, we have experienced crews that can remove and replace foundations when needed. In order to help bring peace of mind to the homeowners, we excavated the foundation, removed the old failing blocks and poured a brand new footer. We then created a new section of block wall tied to the original foundation. The final result is a new foundation wall that the home owners can rely on to properly support their home. 

The good people at the 7th Day Adventist Church in Newark, NY had a foundation problem. Their church was old but had the character they loved. They knew they had to call the foundation experts at Woodford Brothers. We've been fixing homes and saving structures since 1962. Our crews fixed many different areas of the foundation. In one area shown here, the crew installed a system we call carbon armor. Carbon armor materials are the same as bulletproof vests. Built to last our carbon armor straps will hold this wall in place for years to come. Now the people of this church can sleep with peace of mind.
