Sean's Syracuse home had a hidden wet basement problem. Most of the time the house didn't have any water in their basement but during storms, water would come in. At first, they had leaky basement walls, but now the problem has seemed to get worse.

The room above Nancy's vented dirt crawlspace was cold. There was a damp smell coming from the crawlspace and there were always critters in there. Moisture would build up from humidity in the summer and it began to cause damage to wood flooring system. It was time was time to change from old crawlspace thinking to new crawlspace thinking. We covered all the vents, insulated the floor and walls then finally lined the entire space with the awesome Cleanspace liner. To top it all off we installed a Sanidry Sedona crawlspace air system to control the humidity and filter the air. The transformation is awesome and the difference in the air quality in the whole home was noticed immediately.

Elisa had been experiencing issues with water entering her Auburn, NY basement and was looking for a permanent solution to waterproof the basement.  In an effort to do this, Elisa decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard system, and the SaniDry Sedona would be the optimal solutions for waterproofing Elisa's basement.
