Patrica's lovely home in Syracuse had a problem. She could always smell musty air in her Onondaga county home. After trying dehumidifiers and other home ideas she decided to call in the experts. Customer had concerns that the floor was cold .  This made the livable space uncomfortable to spend time in.

  • Design Specialist did a FREE inspection and presented options to customers that day.
  • Customer chose the option that worked best for there vision.
  • We scheduled an installation date that day.
  • Crew arrived and installed the Ultimate Energy Savings (insulating - ground, walls and rim joist cavities) Clean Space floor and foundation walls with a drain,  and adding a SaniDry Sedona to maintain relative humidity in the crawlspace.

With a wedding being held at their property soon, these Syracuse homeowners wanted to address the broken garage floor once and for all. They hadn't been able to get use out of their garage for a while since the garage floor had cracked and settled so much, creating a trip hazard and unsightly conditions. When faced with this type of problem, homeowners don't always know where to turn. Luckily for this family, they came across Woodford Brothers as the result of an internet search. They scheduled their free estimate, which led to Design Specialist Bill visiting their home to assess the situation and provide a same-day proposal for the repair. Bill knew that we could help the moment he looked at the problem. He gave the family a proposal and then promptly scheduled the installation.  The job was installed by James and Jacob. They are on PolyLevel jobs every day and have mastered the craft of PolyLevel and related product installation, as well as the art of teamwork. PolyLevel is designed to raise cracked and settled slabs of concrete in a controlled manner so that homeowners can regain use of their sidewalks, patios, pool decks, driveways, garages, and more. Small holes are drilled and the PolyLevel is pumped below the slab as two liquids that find and fill every void. Within a few seconds, the two liquids react when combined to expand and lift the concrete back up while compacting the problem soil below. This family now has peace of mind that when the wedding day comes, there will be no worry of trip hazards, and they will also be able to use the garage for many more years to come, thanks to PolyLevel.
