Dave has lived in his Cicero, NY home for 46 years. A few years back, he had some one put insulation on the walls of his crawlspace. Since then, the air quality had been horrible. Even though it was warmer, moisture and air could still get in. Dave decided it was time to have Woodford Brothers so it could be done correctly. Our design specialist performed a full inspection then gave him his options. We were ableto solve the moisture issue by installing some drainage piping. Then we encapsulated the space so no outside air could get in. We also lifted the flooring system to correct some floor sagging using our SmartJack system. We added a Sanidry Sedona Crawlspace Air System to keep the humidity low in the crawlspace and ultimate the entire home. Finally, the addition of the Aspen Air Purifier to the living space for ultimate clean air. The difference is immediate and amazing. Dave and his family now have a clean crawlspace, sturdy floors and clean air to breathe.
