A family in Belleville, NY has lived in their 1830's built home for 37 years. The basement was always damp. They have decided to stay in the home so they wanted to add storage space by waterproofing the basement. Tom was concerned about the foundation walls in his old farm house. He saw the Basement Brothers on TV and gave us a call. Our appointment center send Dave out to inspect the foundation. Based on Dave's proposal our crew installed our Shotlock wall restoration product. We first build a rebar grid and then use high a high pressure hose to spray concrete to fill in all gaps and crevices. The wall is smoothed over and looks like new. We also replaced some sections of the foundation and installed a brand new footer. Now Tom has no worries about the foundation in his old farm house in Vernon Center. 

Ryan has been living in his Camden, NY home since 2017.  Over the past couple of years, he has noticed issues with his foundation crumbling.  To help aid in future renovation projects, to maintain value, and to have a more usable basement, Ryan decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the SmartJack system and SaniDry Sedona would be the optimal solutions for repairing Ryan's damaged foundation.  

The SmartJack system helps provide solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.  Additionally, the SaniDry Sedona is the world's most efficient, high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system.  The SaniDry eliminates damp, musty odors and filters mold spores, dust mite droppings, and other particles.  This combination of systems will ensure that the foundation is fully supported and the space is dry and usable, giving Ryan the peace of mind that he can continue renovating the space while maintaining property value. 

Stephen has been living in his Camden, NY home since 2018. The CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier will first be installed to protect against mold growth and humidity. Next, the TripleSafe sump pump will be installed to provide the ultimate protection against water intrusion, pumping out 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona, a high-performance dehumidifier and air filtration system will help to eliminate damp and musty odors.
