Jon and Linda's home in Cleveland, NY was perfect except for their crawl space. During the spring there was a musty smell. Jon knew it was the crawl space but didn't know what to do. Paula's Wampsville home had a serious problem radon mitigation problem. She ran a test and the radon levels were off the chart. Bob and Ruth, we're sick and tired of their Sherburne home crawl space problem. The floor below their kitchen had sagged for years and it seemed to be getting worse.

The other big problem was a musty smell especially strong in the springtime. Not only could you smell the must upstairs but when in the basement the smell was even stronger.

Bob called in the crawlspace repair experts at Woodford Brothers. Our crews installed a crawl space encapsulation system we call Cleanspace. Our Cleansapce system is one of our four steps to fixing a crawl space. Here is our four-step process.

In Sherburne, NY, a homeowner faced the all-too-common challenge of water seeping into their basement, causing worry and frustration.
