This customer was tired of having water in the basement of her 100 year old home in Baldwinsville. She decided it was time to make an upgrade and be done with water once and for all!
She made the call to Woodford Brothers. Our Customer care team sent our Design Specialist out to her home for an inspection. After a thorough and detailed estimate was provided and explained on the same day as the inspection, a crew was scheduled to perform the work.
Now the basement will be dry permanently and backed by a warranty that means something. For good measure, the basement air quality is controlled thanks to an upgrade from a dehumidifier to a Sanidry Sedona basement Air System.
This Baldwinsville home was built in 1814. The home owner has been living in this over 100 year old home for around 30 years. His basement floors had been getting wet more often recently. When he heard about Woodford Brothers and our free estimates he decided to call the office to schedule an appointment with a Design Specialist. The day of the appointment Design Specialist, Joe, took careful measurements and assessed the situation. He drew up the options and presented them to the home owner. Once a plan was in place, an installation date was scheduled. The day of the installation came and Foreman Zach and his crew made quick work of installing the Drytrak system with a TripleSafe sump. Zach and crew also installed Cleanspace on the walls to ensure any leakage from the wall would be directed into the Drytrak system to keep the floors dry. By adding a Sanidry Sedona basement air system the air in the basement, and ultimately the whole home, will be of higher quality. Now the owner of this early 19th century home in B'ville will have peace of mind that his basement is dry and healthy.
Last week James Smith, Jason Hodge, Kevin Fernandez, Joe Cameron, and Matt Olands did a waterproofing job in the basement of our home office located on State Route 80, in Apulia.
The foundation of the office is made of old stone walls. Water entered into the basement and was coming in through the stone foundation. Our Foreman and Crew exposed the wet area to clean up the walls. They installed Water Guard along the perimeter of the basement to direct water into the sump pump. They also installed Brightwall to clean up the foundation walls and prevent water from leaking in.
Before, a business in Lafayette, NY was facing the all-too-common struggle of a wet basement, turning their business office into a space marred by leaks and dampness. As you can see in the before photo, the conditions were far from ideal. Recognizing the need for a robust, lasting solution, we stepped in. In the after photo, observe the transformative power of the TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and BrightWall system. Together, these solutions eradicated the leaks and transformed the basement into a dry, usable space. At Woodford Bros., we're dedicated not just to solving problems but ensuring peace of mind with reliable, effective systems designed for longevity.
