When Laura from Liverpool called Woodford about her wet basement she was at the end of her rope. The wet basement problem in her Onondaga home kept getting worse and worse. Michael has been living in his Liverpool, NY home for nearly five years. Within the last year, he has noticed issues with the basement becoming damp and affecting the stability of his foundation. After an initial inspection of the home, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of the WaterGuard system and the TripleSafe Sump Pump to permanently waterproof Michael's basement.

WaterGuard is a French drain system that is installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The system then collects water and drains it to your sump pump. Additionally, the TripleSafe sump pump provides the ultimate protection against water, pumping 11,500 or more on a fully charged battery. With these two systems in place, Michael can rest assured that is home is permanently protected against water damage.
