A total transformation… this basement went from a wet damp nasty area to a dry usable space. Which in the future the home owner plans to finish off. This project included our waterguard system, brite wall and a triple safe sub pump system.
Faced with a damp basement in Syracuse, NY that she dreamed of passing down to her children, this homeowner reached out to us at Woodford Bros. Our mission: transform the wet basement into a dry, welcoming part of the home. Guided by our goal to provide a remarkable experience, we installed WaterGuard for efficient drainage, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace for a pristine finish. Notice the transformation from an unwelcoming, water-prone environment to a permanently waterproofed space, ready to be enjoyed by future generations.
Josephine has been living in Syracuse, NY home for years. Over time she has noticed that her sump pump has been gradually becoming less effective and was leading to water intrusion. To repair the issue before it worsened, Josephine decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that a combination of systems would be necessary including the WaterGuard System, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, and the SaniDry Sedona.
WaterGuard is a French drain designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. The WaterGuard system collects water that seeps through basement walls and drains it to the sump pump. In turn, the SuperSump Plus is engineered to help keep the basement dry for extended periods, even during heavy water intrusion, providing ultimate protection for the basement. Finally, the SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air. With this combination of systems, Josephine can rest assured that her basement is permanently waterproofed, protecting not only her home's property value but her peace of mind.
Clean usable space, how much square footage could you add to your home?
