David and Michelle's Rome, NY home had a major wet basement problem. When they bought their house waterproofing the basement was something on their list. But time got away from them and they never got around to fixing it. Finally one day after seeing our TV commercial Michelle decided to call. Our team installed our basement waterproofing system called water guard. This waterproofing system captures the water and the sump pump gets the water out.
David and Michelle wanted to upgrade their sump. Now they can sleep with peace of mind knowing water isn't going to be a problem anymore. We call this a Sump Pump upgrade!

Allison purchased her forever home in 2013 in Cooperstown, NY. After the first couple of years in the house she noticed that cracks had formed in the poured concrete foundation wall. As some time passed she started to see water coming through the cracks and pooling on the floor. Since Allison relies on her basement for storage space, this was a problem that needed to be addressed and fixed properly as well as permanently. After typing "foundation crack repair" in her Google search bar, she found Woodford Brothers. She learned that we provide free estimates so she picked up her phone to book an inspection with our Design Specialist through our Customer Care department. On the day of the inspection our Design Specialist performed a thorough inspection followed by a detailed presentation that explained exactly what causes the problem, exactly how we will fix it and exactly how much it will cost. She learned about our FlexiSpan leak repair system. FlexiSpan is permanent solution for leaky cracks in a poured foundation. A channel is created that leads to a sub slab drainage system. The epoxy that is used is designed to expand and contract along with the wall through seasonal changes. We are so sure that this solution will last that it comes with a 25 year warranty. Now Allison has peace of mind that the basement of her forever home is leak free.
Kimberly has been living in her Watertown, NY home for less than a year. Wanting to protect her basement from flooding and have the peace of mind that her storage would not be harmed by water intrusion, she decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an initial inspection of the property, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of the CleanSpace system to help waterproof Kimberly's basement.
The CleanSpace Wall System is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that works to prevent humidity and mold growth on basement walls. Additionally, CleanSpace is durable, washable, and has anti-microbial protection built right in, and gives the basement a clean look. With the CleanSpace system in place, Kimberly can have the peace of mind that her basement and belongings are permanently protected against water intrusion.
This recently purchased home in Arkville, NY had a wet basement. The new owner was aware of the problem when she purchased the house and intended to fix the problem with plans to use the basement space and possibly finish it in the future. Some foundations are built with a monolithic slab, meaning the footer and the slab floor are poured as one piece. Typically, we would break concrete away along the foundation wall perimeter to expose the footer in order to install Waterguard. In situations where doing so would cause damage the foundation we have an alternate solution. It's called DryTrak. The system is installed along the perimeter of the foundation wall but instead of being installed under the slab and on top of the footer, it's installed on top of the floor using a strong epoxy and a non organic plastic drainage system. This system is used to reroute any water that would enter the space at the floor/wall joint to a sump system. Our expert Design Specialists and Installers are trained to know when breaking up the floor would cause damage to a foundation. Our DryTrak system comes with the exact same lifetime dry basement guarantee as our Waterguard product does. Now this home owner has increased her quality of life by gaining more space in her new home.
