The time had come for this Rochester, NY home owner to address the basement water problem that has been causing damage to their finished basement. There are children in the home and ideally water should not be an issue so that the kids have a place to play worry free. Having worked with Woodford Brothers in the past and knowing others that have worked with us that also had a remarkable experience, he called for his free estimate. Design Specialist, Tim, walked the owners through their options and they decided on installing Waterguard and a Super Sump plus as an upgrade from the old sump that already existed in the basement. The home owners found the installation crew to be very professional with good communication and work ethic. When the job was complete they cleaned up well and left the basement with a new system designed to keep the floors dry. Now the home owners have peace of mind that the basement is good to go as a play space for the kids.
