Lue lived in her home for over 50 years. Once she noticed the issues with his basement walls she could tell the problem was getting progressively worse. She knew of Woodford Brothers because of our reputation so she gave us a call. Our customer Care department set her up with a free estimate appointment with one of our Design Specialists, Tim. Tim showed how we can fix foundation walls with our Shotlock system. First a rebar grid is constructed, framing out all windows and other obstructions. We then use a high pressure hose to spray the perfect mix of concrete into the grid. Once complete, the concrete is smoothed over and there is a beautiful new, reinforced, basement wall. Lue now has peace of mind that her home will last for many more years to come.

Carl's home in Fairport New York had a wet basement problem.  Carl didn't ignore the problem but every time he thought he found the leak the water seemed to move to a different area. Kathy of Webster, NY noticed some discoloration and cracks in her block foundation wall after her nephew came over to help move some things out of the basement. The day of the appointment Josh provided a thorough inspection and together Kathy and Josh agreed that using CarbonArmor straps on the wall and installing Waterguard was the best option for her and an install date was set. Our installation crew made quick work of installing the CarbonArmor straps that are 10x stronger than steel and guarantee no more movement in the foundation wall. They then neatly and expertly installed Waterguard with a Triple Safe sump, which guarantees a dry basement floor. Now Kathy has peace of mind that her basement wall will not move any farther and her basement will be dry for as long as she owns the house and the next owners as well.
