This home in Clayville, NY had a couple of cinderblock columns that had shifted and failed causing the floors inside the home to be uneven and sloping. The door always wasn't operating correctly. Woodford Brothers lifted everything back into place and installed some 6x6 posts with a base below frost and Y-Bracing. 

Tom has been living in his Andes, NY home for three years.  Since purchasing the home he has wanted to encapsulate the crawlspace area to create a more usable, insulated space, so he decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the CleanSpace system and SaniDry Sedona would be the optimal solutions for Tom's crawlspace.  

The CleanSpace system is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier, it is durable, washable, and has anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in.  CleanSpace is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls, including areas with large rocks or similar obstacles. In addition, the SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air.  With these two systems in place, Tom can have a dry, usable crawlspace permanently.

Catherine has been living in her Rodman, NY home for over 11 years. Within the past couple of years, he has been growing increasingly concerned over the structural integrity of the foundation as the stone foundation has been bowing in. The SmartJack system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to the foundation. Once installed, SmartJack posts can correct problems such as sloping and overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level door frames. Plus, due to its design, the SmartJack system can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling if necessary. In turn, with EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels.  With these systems in place, Catherine can rest assured that her home's foundation is permanently stabilized and no longer at risk for failure. 

Tim was beginning to notice some cracking and loosening stone in the basement walls of his Chaumont, NY home. Wanting to fix the basement walls before the foundation failed, he decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. With EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels. This entire pad was lifted and leveled using our amazing polylevel process. The homeowner didn't want to lose his beautiful stampcrete but the concrete pad had settled back towards the foundation causing water to puddle right on his foundation. Our crew fixed the problem, now the tripping hazard is gone as well as the water issue.
