Ken and Jeanette's home in Baldwinsville always had water issues. The river is right behind their Onondaga home. Ken started seeing signs on foundation problems so they called us. Since Ken found the problem early, we protected his foundation without major renovations. The key when it comes to structural repair is catching it early. Now Kevin and Jeanette can sleep with peace of mind.
Facing sagging floors and unstable support beams in their Syracuse home, one homeowner knew they needed professional help. In came our team to help. As you can see in the before photo, the challenge was clear. But with the installation of the SmartJack system, we were able to restore the home's stability and bring peace of mind back to the homeowners. Our commitment to durable solutions and remarkable customer experience shines through in this successful foundation repair project.
This customer was tired of having water in the basement of her 100 year old home in Baldwinsville. She decided it was time to make an upgrade and be done with water once and for all!
She made the call to Woodford Brothers. Our Customer care team sent our Design Specialist out to her home for an inspection. After a thorough and detailed estimate was provided and explained on the same day as the inspection, a crew was scheduled to perform the work.
Now the basement will be dry permanently and backed by a warranty that means something. For good measure, the basement air quality is controlled thanks to an upgrade from a dehumidifier to a Sanidry Sedona basement Air System.
Paul and Sue love their home in Baldwinsville. After 4 years of living there, they decided it was time to add an addition to the home. The only problem was that the foundation wall on that side of the house was bowing inward. This caused them to hold off on their plan to add on to the house. Paul had worked with us in the past so he knew we were the right people to call. Our Design Specialist provided Paul and Sue with a proposal to use our Carbon Armor Straps to hold the wall in place permanently. Once installed, Carbon Armor is 10x stronger than steel. Now Paul and Sue can build their addition with peace of mind that the foundation is stabilized and is under warranty to never move in any further.
