Charlie and Ladis's home in Cincinnatus had a foundation problem. They loved their home in Cortland county but knew they had to fix their sagging floors. We install our Smartjacks into the floor with concrete. Now Charlie and Ladis can sleep with peace of mind knowing their home is back on a solid foundation.

Collen knew ever since she bought her house in Cincinnatus, NY she was going to have to repair her crawl space. During the home inspection, she saw what was under the floor. Waterproofing Woodford Bros., Inc. Basement

Last week James Smith, Jason Hodge, Kevin Fernandez, Joe Cameron, and Matt Olands did a waterproofing job in the basement of our home office located on State Route 80, in Apulia.

The foundation of the office is made of old stone walls. Water entered into the basement and was coming in through the stone foundation. Our Foreman and Crew exposed the wet area to clean up the walls. They installed Water Guard along the perimeter of the basement to direct water into the sump pump. They also installed Brightwall to clean up the foundation walls and prevent water from leaking in.
