Andy's childhood home in Chittenango had some stairstep cracks in the foundation wall. The home belonged to his late mother. Since it was time to sell the home, it was time to address the foundation problem. After learning about Woodford Brothers from a trusted friend, Andy called us to schedule his free estimate. Our Design Specialist, Tim, determined that the foundation damage was due to years of hydrostatic pressure pushing the wall in when the ground was saturated. Tim proposed PowerBraces to secure the wall permanently. Andy agreed it was the best solution so the work scheduled.
