Peter's home in Cazenovia, NY had a wet basement problem. Peter already had s sump pump but it didn't stop the water from spilling across the basement floor. He created a dam system to push the water towards the sump pump and that seemed to help. But in the back of his mind, he knew he need a more permanent solution.
