Andy's childhood home in Chittenango had some stairstep cracks in the foundation wall. The home belonged to his late mother. Since it was time to sell the home, it was time to address the foundation problem. After learning about Woodford Brothers from a trusted friend, Andy called us to schedule his free estimate. Our Design Specialist, Tim, determined that the foundation damage was due to years of hydrostatic pressure pushing the wall in when the ground was saturated. Tim proposed PowerBraces to secure the wall permanently. Andy agreed it was the best solution, so the work was scheduled. The day of installation our team, led by Foreman Wayne, got straight to work and communicated their every move to Andy to keep him informed of the progress. They were clean and quick. Andy was glad that his peace of mind was restored and that his home would maintain it's value.

Woodford Bros., Inc. replaced the rotting frame and sills of this home in Constantia, NY 

Jim needed to get some repairs done on his house that was built by his father back in 1979 in Constantia, NY. He knew it was best to address the foundation before starting work on the interior of the house. He did a good job replacing some of the wood himself but when the rotted floor joists started to give away while attempting to jack some other parts of the house he knew it was time to consult the experts. He gave Woodford Brothers a call. 

We sent our Design Specialist, Nick, out to Jim's home to take a look. After a thorough inspection, Nick set an installation date with one of our foreman Matt. Matt and his crew made the needed repairs and now Jim can rest assured that any other investments made in his home will last.
