Joel is our customer with concerns that two of his foundation walls are failing.  He had deflection in both walls and a prior repair falling off his foundation wall.  Our Design Specialist proposed a permanent fix for both walls, Everbrace.  Joel chose to move forward with the project and prevent the damage from increasing in the future. .    

In La Fargeville, NY this home owner wanted to maintain the value of their home in preparation for putting the home on the market. After finding Woodford Brothers online, he decided to schedule his free estimate. The day of the appointment Design Specialist, Joe, asked the home owner show him the problem and explain what he was hoping to accomplish. Joe learned the the basement floor is often wet and it needs to be dry for good. Upon the inspection, Joe gathered information. He took careful measurements and notes in order to show the home owner what he had found. The two of them sat at the kitchen table so that Joe could explain exactly what the problem was, exactly how we fix it and what it will cost. They agreed that full perimeter Waterguard with a Triple Safe Sump would alleviate the basement water problem for good. The addition of the Sanidry Sedona would ensure that the humidity would be under control and the basementy smells would be gone. The day of installation came and the crew, led by Hunter, made quick work of installing the system while maintaining communication with the home owner each step of the way to ensure a remarkable experience. The basement is now dry and the value of the home is maintained.
