Tom has been living in his Andes, NY home for three years.  Since purchasing the home he has wanted to encapsulate the crawlspace area to create a more usable, insulated space, so he decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the CleanSpace system and SaniDry Sedona would be the optimal solutions for Tom's crawlspace.  

The CleanSpace system is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier, it is durable, washable, and has anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built right in.  CleanSpace is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls, including areas with large rocks or similar obstacles. In addition, the SaniDry Sedona is a high-performance dehumidifier and filtration system that eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air.  With these two systems in place, Tom can have a dry, usable crawlspace permanently.

Catherine has been living in her Rodman, NY home for over 11 years. Within the past couple of years, he has been growing increasingly concerned over the structural integrity of the foundation as the stone foundation has been bowing in. Wanting to repair the issue before it led to foundation failure, Catherine decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. Following an inspection of the home our Design Specialist suggest the installation of our SmartJack and EverBrace systems. 

The SmartJack system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to the foundation. Once installed, SmartJack posts can correct problems such as sloping and overly springy floors, interior wall cracks, and out-of-level door frames. Plus, due to its design, the SmartJack system can be adjusted over time to provide additional straightening and leveling if necessary. In turn, with EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels.  With these systems in place, Catherine can rest assured that her home's foundation is permanently stabilized and no longer at risk for failure. 

Tim was beginning to notice some cracking and loosening stone in the basement walls of his Chaumont, NY home. Wanting to fix the basement walls before the foundation failed, he decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. Following an initial inspection, our Design Specialist suggested the installation of the EverBrace system to stabilize Tim's foundation walls. 

The EverBrace Wall Restoration System permanently stabilizes the most extreme cases of failing foundation walls. With EverBrace, steel corrugated panels and beams work together to strengthen and stabilize foundation walls. Rigid foam is then injected to fill any voids behind the steel panels, fully transferring the load from the failing structure to the new support panels. By choosing to install the EverBrace system, Tim can rest assured that his home and foundation are permanently stabilized. 

This entire pad was lifted and leveled using our amazing polylevel process. The homeowner didn't want to lose his beautiful stampcrete but the concrete pad had settled back towards the foundation causing water to puddle right on his foundation. Our crew fixed the problem, now the tripping hazard is gone as well as the water issue.

A beautiful stamped concrete walkway led to the front door of this Utica, NY home. Since the installation of the walkway, a crack formed and the concrete settled leaving a dangerous trip hazard that costed the home owners their peace of mind. When Joe completed his inspection, he sat down with the home owners to show them his findings. After doing so, he explained their options and provided the exact price to mitigate their concrete problems for good. 

Once a solution was agreed upon, James and his crew were scheduled to install the PolyLevel. The home owners were surprised how quick and efficient James and his team were.
