Mary from Oriskany Falls, NY called Woodford Bros for help repairing her 200 year old foundation. The foundation walls a large holes that you could out your hand through. Woodford Bros was able to save this foundation by installing SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the house. Also, parged the foundation walls to close up all the holes in the foundation walls.
Tom was concerned about the foundation walls in his old farm house. He saw the Basement Brothers on TV and gave us a call. Our appointment center send Dave out to inspect the foundation. Based on Dave's proposal our crew installed our Shotlock wall restoration product. We first build a rebar grid and then use high a high pressure hose to spray concrete to fill in all gaps and crevices. The wall is smoothed over and looks like new. We also replaced some sections of the foundation and installed a brand new footer. Now Tom has no worries about the foundation in his old farm house in Vernon Center.
